Here's a 16 X 3.5 FLH wheel on my FXDF. Can be done, but not for most home mechanics...I started by measuring outside to outside on brake rotors to see if it could fit and if not, how close it was. Then it's custom spacers and some hub machining, ensuring rotors are perfectly aligned with calipers AND wheel is centered. I have access to that kind of help otherwise hourly shop fees will apply $$$
wow, looks kinda cool and can see the weight savings versus the solid aluminum the stock Bob has , but will stay with my stock wheel for now since you stated all the custom fab and machine work needed to make it fit . I like it, but not enough to justify the expense at this point ,
