had my 99 fxdx do something strange was doing a light inspection and turned on the four ways well they flashed and the high bean indictcator came on and i was unable to cancell the four ways i think my battery was low has any one else know about this

If you suspect the batter (and it's always a good place to start), then charge it up and get it load tested.

i load tested the battery said 12.5 and when a load is put to it goes to the weak readind 10 volts

Did you recharge it after getting it load tested? If yes, and then you tried to start it and it went down to 10V?

If yes, sounds like you need a new battery. For curiosity sake, how old is this battery?
