Check Engine Light and Battery Light on

Went for a 400KM ride today and on the way back, less than a KM from the house, the check Engine light and Battery light came on. I pulled the codes and get P0562 which I found on this site is Battery voltage low. The battery is @ a year old, so I wouldn't suspect that would be the problem, especially after a long ride like I did today. All connections look good. When reading the code it says PN 34329-06, but I can't find what that part number is. Anyone seen this before and have an idea of what I should start checking first? I have the repair manual, but can't find anything in there either.

I friggen hope not. I do have @25,000 KMs on the bike though and I have been wondering if that may be the problem. Is there anyway to tell without tearing into the primary?
