Anyone else having trouble getting them on the phone? I've been calling for a few days and keep getting a "Due to telephone company facilities trouble we can't complete your call" message. Is that part of WI snowed in or something?

We've been instructed there is currently a large scale telecommunication issue that is affecting nationwide phone communications.
