I'll definitely ride without the fork brace again, compare how it feels with and without it.

I have NEVER ever kept the OEM riser bushings haha I have the poly ones right now that are working just fine, might consider going with the kraus solid bushings but it isn't at the top of my list.

As for the brake caliper though, going with a radial caliper, this also pertains to the front forks setup too, but i've been thinking about doing an inverted front end setup from like a gsxr or something, what are your thoughts on something like that? I mean its a lot of changing things up, but inverted front ends seem like the way to go
As far as performance the GP Suspension and the Ohlins are going to get you the same result. I believe the Ohlins is a straight drop in now. You wont have to modify anything. The GP suspension you need to the hydraulic lock on the bottom of the fork tube. You could do it with an angle grinder. We did it with a lathe. On the surface the GP seems like more money but their price includes springs. You also get the option of three colors for the preload adjuster. I went GP suspension because I wanted the blue adjuster and they are made in USA.

Inverted forks are nice. Don't know why Harley hasn't converted over to them for all bikes. For what we pay they should have them. You'll need a bunch of things to make it work. New triples, axle, spacers, brakes, fender, possibly a new wheel. Kraus Moto makes what looks to be a good kit. It's currently $5113.00. Looks like its all figured out and you just bolt it on. It would be sweet to have but that is a good amount of money. You can get radial calipers much cheaper.

Speed merchant makes a bracket that bolts onto you forks and coverts your brakes to a radial caliper. You then source the calipers off ebay or craigslist. GXSR calipers are pretty cheap. I used R6 calipers. You'll need to make some spacers for the caliper to get them to the right spot for your brake disc. They do supply a bunch of washers but its not so nice looking. I also upgraded to Brake tech rotors. They are full floating rotors so they jiggle around a bit while idling and not on the brake. Combine that with a Brembo radial caliper its more braking power then you'll need.

I can spend your money for ever on this bike

Here is what I came up with.

I've been told to run a power commander which i had on my last dyna, or a dynojet. Issue is i live in california where its hard to come across some of this stuff
I would ask the guy who is going to tune your bike what he uses and is most familiar with. That will net you the best results from his tuning. But I do like my power vision, as thats what my tuner uses most and I can also make adjustments not related to the fueling tables and such with it. Like I have corrected my speedometer after a pulley swap

I like the Vibra-technics, I don't have personal experience with the others. But I chose the vibratechnics due to the design, limits the side to side movement that would cause a wobble, but still has a nice rubber motor mount as not to increase felt vibrations. I didn't care for the true track desgin because it's an add on to the OEM motor mount and takes up more space and does not fit with a crash bar or low mount oil cooler. And for the Kinetic structures, it wasn't around or at least I didnt know about it when I was looking to replace the mount.
