Default Front brake caliper
Having to rebuild my 2005 Dyna FDXCI front brake caliper. But the PAD PIN bolts, which seem to be 1/4" 12 point screws, are difficult to get to. The normal socket doesn't fit in the space. Any ideas?

I bought a 12 point thin wall 1/4 socket from Amazon for this

By any chance do you have the SKU number for it. Can't find it in Amazon or HD or Loewes.

Put the socket in a drill, and put your bench grinder to good use.

I have a 2005 dyna fxdci that needs to have the front brake caliper rebuilt. However the pads are held in by two pins that apparently need 1/4 inch 12-point thin wall socket in order to get them out. My problem is finding a 1/4 inch 12-point thin wall socket. Nobody seems to have it (not home depot, lowes, amazon, ebay, northerntool etc). Any ideas where I can get one or what else I can use to get the bolt out?

Look for a Snap-On or Mac Tool truck at a shop or if you see one, follow it to his next stop, they will probably have one.
You can probably order one from Amazon, though you might have to buy a set.
