Default Vacuum switch question

Still working to undo things done by the previous owner of my '95 Dyna Wide Glide. I discovered that the vacuum switch had been disconnected. I looking at the service manual and the parts manual I see that the factory vacuum hose had 3 connections. I can easily see that one end is ported to the intake, one goes to the switch and I cannot see any where that the 3rd port would connect to? Anyone know where the third port connects?

Thank you!

Vacuum operated petcock. If it was replaced with a non vacuum petcock plug the hose.

Your better off without the vacuum petcock.. As for the VOES, it's possible that the PO built the motor and did not want to use the VOES because of a High compression build that could cause detonation when grounding at a light tip in on the throttle..

It is possible. I will be listening carefully as I tune and ride. But I think it is unlikely. Here is my reasoning.
Upon getting the bike home, it started without even cranking a full rev. It had no tank on it so I used a small funnel to keep the carb bowl full. After warm up I checked the compression and found both cylinders at a healthy 150PSI. Good but not overly so as to suggest a high compression build.
Lastly, the pipes are stained golden over much of their length and the new slip ons have started to turn as well at the junction after only a few short rides.
Easy starting can be an indicator of retarded timing. and the discoloration is indicative of fuel being burned in the pipes not the cylinder. ( it does not smoke or smell rich).
So I am going to assume for now that the old vacuum line had dry rotted and instead of replacing was just capped off. This is reasonable given the relatively poor care evident elsewhere.
The only upgrade I have seen so far is the S&S Super E. And it appears to be from a different bike originally as the filter backing plate has been ground on for clearance.
I have asked S&S to suggest what baseline jets were likely fitted and will be comparing there response to the jets fitted to see if it is in the ballpark for this engine.
Thanks for your response.

Perfect. Thank you. There was no petcock on it at all when it came home. LOL
