I am looking at buying a 2011 dyna wide glide that is currently rocking forward controls and I am sadly only 56. I was wondering if anyone has converted to mids and whether they clear the stock exhaust or not. Also if anyone has some mid-control kits that arent HD please send links or info on those, dont want to spend a ton of not necessary. Any information would be helpful so thank you in advance!
Don't know if this helps, my 2005 Dyna Super Glide custom came with mids and found a old NOS HD forward controls "kit" on ebay (haven't got around to the swap), just thought I would post a picture for you.

You can buy after market kits on Ebay most of the time. I bought a set of extended forward mid controls on there and the quality was not bad. Drag Specialties may also have them.
