If you're riding in a group, and they have to come to a sudden stop and you can't, then what? The resulting collision is your fault. Death, injury, and property damage is on you because you disabled 70% of your braking system on your bike because you think it looks cool.....

Dang Son.....100% of braking even though you disabled 70% + of your total braking capability?

I doubt even your own insurance will cover an accident with front brakes disabled. And if someone gets hurt the lawyers are going to have a field day!

OK, I get it. I'm putting the front brakes on. Bike is not getting the drag bars.

And to think of all the death machines we built and rode with only a rear drum brake, jockey shift and an open primary 40 or 50 years ago.

Times have changed. If you hurt or kill someone and a lawyer can prove in a court of law that it was due to a negligent action on your part, you can count on paying out everything you own.

Well, I certainly do not want to hurt anyone. Better safe than sorry. I almost got it back to where it was, just have to get the front fender back on. I decided to put the original full length front fender back on.

No worries, the bike will still look great! I think the new Arlen Ness traditional style mini apes will be here tomorrow, and the bar end lights.
