IMHO.... too expensive.... Average retail is about $8K... I'd have to look it over real good, but doesn't appear to be $2K above average..

Two months ago I bought a 2016 Low Rider w/12k miles. It had a few options I would have added anyways, and was extremely clean, for $11K...

There are many nice used bikes out there, for a fair price, if you are willing to look around for awhile...

Somebody molested it. Has forward controls and aftermarket slip on mufflers. A little pricey I'd say. I bought a 2012 FXDC new back then in Big Blue Pearl. Loved that bike but don't think I'd give 10k for it today.
