Just a quick follow up. Readjusted the pushrods to 20 flats and did just a quick test. Bike runs great, sounds great, valve train is even quieter now but still not feeling the power I expected. I'm going to try and do a proper compression test once it warms up and have an appointment to get it dyno'd in a week. I'll follow up again.
Have you done your compression test yet? Also if you want to post your tune I'll take a look at it...
I haven't had the time, well I did on the weekend but it was too frigging cold so I drank beer and looked at the bike instead. Maybe tomorrow or Thurs. Does anyone know how to shut off ACR? I haven't looked at my manual yet, but it must be a fuse?
If you have a power vision you can shut them off in there..
Good to know. The shop manual says to get the engine warm, remove plugs, air cleaner, disconnect fuel, turn off ACR and open throttle body...doubt I'll have time today, but it will be warm enough.
If you have a PowerVision tuner, I would see if you can connect it and run a data log during the dyno run....
That way if there is an issue or problem with the power output noticed during the dyno test, you could send the data log to FuelMoto. They could then address the issue and tweak the tune...
