You can always check it for sumping, It's a possibility.. Shouldn't get more than five ounces out of the bottom of the case if you drain it down after riding not idling.. As for the cam I don't see a lot of lift @ TDC which I think would make it a little lazy. Also with the LSA up around where it is (107) I don't see it really coming on until 3200 maybe if you're lucky and that's only because of exhaust duration.. It's just my opinion but like I said I'm a woods fan I just don't see the aggressiveness in that cam....
I've heard they're supposed to perform well in stock 103s but I don't have enough information on them. I would like to see your air fuel ratios, your VE tables front and rear and your timing tables front and rear.. Maybe if you posted them up there's something we can do to help. Also are you still running the stock 3.9 injectors and if so if you can do a data log we'll take a look at the injector pulse with based on RPM and load I can help you with that too but you got to post pics of everything.. What tuner do you have?
Reached out to FuelMoto today and he confirmed my uneducated guess, it's not the tune. After checking my notes I'm feeling like I went a bit overboard on the pushrod length and I bet they're leaking which would cause the behavior I'm feeling (I think). So hopefully tonight I can make some time to see if my adjustment marks are still visible and back the length off to where it should have been.
What do you mean "overboard on the push rod length"? If you have them adjusted too deep you're turning them into solids and it's hanging up the valve. I don't get it, How can you have it wrong?

You just said the same thing I did but Iin a different way. They're adjusted too long, so the valves are not closing properly.
If the valves are not closing properly how is it even going to start???
It'd start and run; it would be losing compression though.
I pulled the pushrods on the back cylinder yesterday and based on my marks they are overextended by ~2 flats. There was no way I could back them off with confidence so I pulled them and will start over on both cylinders and hopefully get it right this time.
