Sometimes they're quiet. Sometimes they make a " sh, sh, sh' sound when braking, but I believe it depends on the rotors. Never had them squeal or found the noise objectionable. Also saw no significant reduction in rotor life, nor rotor warpage from running HH sintered pads, on sportbikes nor on Harleys.

Pro: Great on braking.
Con: Not great on your rotor longevity.

Well I got them on last night and put 30 miles on them today.. Took a couple miles to seat them but once seated they are definitely better than OEM pads.. The braking is more pronounced. And.... NO noises.. Very happy.. I would recommend...

Glad they worked out for you. I have always used EBC pads on all my other bikes however on the touring models with Brembo's they sing terribly. My tire guy threw them on there when he changed out my front tire and bearing last time. The noise is not enough for me to change them out but I wouldn't do it again on those bikes. I will more than likely use EBC on my wide glide though. HD OEM pads are way over priced.

As for the rotor wear issue. I never noticed it. Hell most of my Harley rotors warp before they wear out.
