Dyna wide glide surging, popping poor idle

Perhaps of help. I ride a 96 Dyna Wide - mostly original, but drag pipes w/ no baffle. The bike has had similar symptoms and when it does, I put my hand over the exhaust and can feel one cylinder misfiring. I replace both spark plugs even if they look good - problem solved, runs great. I've used Harley, Champion, NGK and Autolite plugs - doesn't matter, but I'm staying with the Champions for now.

Done all of the above, iac, map sensor tps, renewed injectors, checked intake and renewed seals etc and im still getting the same problem
no codes on the bike now
Next port of call coil?
its the delphi 31743-01 4 pin coil im getting 0.5 ohms and 0.8 ohms - could this be problem?
