2008 dyna super glide. Wondering if anyone has put different switch housings and controls on a dyna to where the turn signal switch is on one side instead of both. I hate using the right turn signal and most of the time won't use it for that reason.

Like 88 said, if the bars are 1" or smaller you should be able to make it work.
My 1970 FLH has factory turn signals, back then it was a three position switch on the right handle bar. The switch would work without changing anything else, not sure how the switch would play with the turn signal module. Something to look at, good luck.

Definitely not. Having the turn signals configured the way they are is one of my favorite things about Harley-Davidson. I have yet to meet a Japanese motorcycle rider who didn't think the H-D turn signal configuration is better.

I've owned metrics and HDs and I love the HD set up. I currently have a 95 Dyna and an 07 Sportster. The Dyna has the older style switches where the horn is on the inside of the left grip and the high/low switch is on the outside.
Most of my other HDs have been the newer style with the horn on the outside and the high/low switch on the inside of the left grip. Sometimes when a cager does something stupid I end of giving them a furious flash of the high beam instead of a horn blast.

I bought my 2007 Street Bob after 25 years riding Japanese bikes. I felt the same way. I ride 7 days a week, and it took me about a week to get used to it. Your brain adjusts and you get muscle memory for it. No big deal.
Maybe you're going to keep your bike forever, but if I was in the market for a used bike and the owner had changed the handlebar switch gear like that I'd give it a hard pass. Not because there were Honda parts on it, but I wouldn't trust the work, and it would make me wonder what other weird things had been done to it.
