The reasons I don't share your views on batteries, is because I have read where you say just buy a new battery, if it is 3 years old. My part of the country, that is still a good battery,

I would rather trouble shoot it.

Though statisically speaking batteries are probably the most common failures. But it is beneath a man such as yourself to replace based on statistics, and not real world evidence.

been super busy. I pulled it out and took it to the auto parts store. They load tested it and it only dropped to 11v. The guy behind the counter (who has batteries for sale) said that shouldn't be enough to matter.

I was only me toning the BT because it seems like a healthy battery would EVENTUALLY be "full". It was just something that struck me as odd.
