I have a 2008 Electraglide Classic. No spark. Pulled coil. I have the service manual and do not see primary or secondary resistance information. I am assuming it is 3 ohm. Additionally, not even sure how to test the primary resistance as it has four pins from a plug in connector and I can't get a read on it.
I appreciate any help.

The OEM coil has 4 connections, 1-front cylinder, 2-rear cylinder, 3-power and 4-ION SENSING. Look in the FSM wire diagrams for ignition to find which connection to use.

thanks for the info. I was able to identify pins and tested primary. Both tested (multimeter) at .5. Range in manual was .5 to 2.5. Definitely on the lower end. Secondary (F and R) tested 6000 so in range. Now Im at a bit of a loss. Not sure where to go. I could buy another coil and replace to rule it out. Any thoughts?

Did you read for codes? How are you checking for no spark? With everything together, and cranking what is the voltage at power (A connection Y/GR wire}?

I need check codes. I tested spark using spark tester. Coil is under tank so pulled it. how do I check for cranking power y/gr? This is new territory for me. Thanks!
