Cost for cams?
Can you guys give me a figure on what I should pay to have gear driven cams, power commander with custom map installed into my FI 05 Super Glide? The guy told me around two grand? Thanks, Hugo

I'd say that was a fair price. I paid $,1500. for the parts and to have a mechanic install S&S gear driven cams with pushrods, tappets, reed valve,and adjustment to the power commander. I also paid about $800.00 for the power comander, Ness big sucker air cleaner, and Vance & Hines slip on oval mufflers ( that I installed myself).

I paid $705 for the complete cam converion kit and the cams through S&S. Even the other cam companies are using the S&S conversion kit, so it'll be about he same.
Labor about $400
$1100-$1200 is a fair price, although you will need some tuning, and that's extra, so you'll have to figure that in as well, I guess...
