A bagger tour pack will look way out of place IMO. However as said maybe a FXRT or even one of the packs made for the newer M8 Softail heritage. Make sure you consider the extra weight on your rear shocks (preload, etc.)

They are sleek, good-looking bikes noted for good handling and proper weight distribution. They are what they are, very sporty and, well, just nice as they are.

Tour pack on a Dyna? No, not really. (But I mean that in a nice way.......)
I’d look at it like maybe it’s his only bike and he wants to do some light touring on it. I’m all for that. Before getting my bagger I put leatherpro bags on my Dyna no prob. If I needed more space I’d consider a slimmer trunk box kinda pack. Work with what you’ve got…

Tour on I say!

We didn't get the memo in time...here's a Road King leather covered Tour Pak on my wife's Low Rider. Did many, many miles...and yes; we both tried the FLH's and found them way too ponderous for our style of touring

I had a sissy bar T-Bag on my old Wide Glide. Just strapped it on when taking a trip. Not a fan of installing a tour pak on one.

Get some *GOOD* saddlebags. Mad in America. These will be all you need and they look good (unless you have an OL who packs everything but the kitchen sink to go on a half-day trip!). I had these on my FXD Super Glide for over a decade and they'll hold a buttload of stuff. These would surprise people when I would load the amount of groceries I have done into them. The saddlebags I have now on the FLSTC I impress people even *more*, heh.
But......Can they hold a cold 30 pack??

I played with the idea of a trunk on my Street Bob with solo seat. Bought a mount that I could make work. Pulled the trunk from another bike that will hold a cold 30 pack and a frozen pizza or two. I sat down on it and liked the backrest idea. But, I had two guys look at it and they had a look on their face. I said go ahead, say whet you want, both said butt ugly. But looks comfy. The pic does not due the ugly justice. Maybe a smaller trunk, but then it won't hold a cold 30 pack. Also the issue of throwing my old leg over it or sliding it through made me think. But then again, might just do it for S&G and see??

I am a bit spoiled. I have one bike that will hold three 30 packs, one in the trunk and 1 in each saddle bag. Talking about going grocery shopping

Heh heh...actually, the bags I showed him for the Dyna, will hold a 24 pack each IIRR, but it's a tight fit. The 'bags I have for my FLSTC will fit a 30 pack and some more, but you have me beat with the pizza! I'd have to fold the pizza box in half to get it into one of my saddlebags...which I *have* done before, btw, lol. Brought some waxed paper with me when I went to pick the pizza up! It was still a little messy, but I'm practical about such things and looked at it as 'it all tastes the same anyway no matter how it looks'. Sounds like we both know how to party though!! LOL

yes

This is a forward and sits at the drivers back as a back rest seat matches the back of the tour pack. I don't use it anymore and would sell it.

Two observations: First, OP is 70 years old and probably doesn't care about aesthetics and whether or not his bike looks "correct" for being a Dyna.

Second, he hasn't been on the forum since 10 minutes after he made that post, his first on the forum. One and done?

Good first point. And what does point two matter? Remember, not everyone lurks around discussion forums like many of us. To some, they are a place to ask a question/find info and then move on.

Honestly, the world would probably be a better place with more people like that!
