I am considering a 2008 Superglide, currently have a Honda 750 ACE. My question is: I'm 6'3" 275 lbs. is this enough bike? I amok with the size of the ACE but would like a Harley and more power. Your thoughts are appreciated.
The bike with mids may feel a little cramped, but you can always put forward controls on it. You might want to sit on or take a Wide Glide out, comes stock with forwards and may be a little more comfortable. If you're serious about a new bike, the dealer you're talking with should let you take something out. Otherwise, at least sit on them both or all of the Dyna line and get an idea of the fit for your legs, arms, etc.
As far as "enough bike" for you, they'll all come with a 96 ci Twin Cam, 6-speed tranny, etc. The running gear is the same.

I'm just a hair under 5'11" and a "little more" than 275 lbs and the Super Glidefits me like a glove. You must take this bike out for a ride (before you purchase it).
It's well worth the time once you get it set up for yourself.
Is this enough???? Your 750 Ace will feel like a Postie bike compaired to the 96" Hog motor.
As everyone has said, ride as many as you can, and then choose.
And then hang on !!
I can only agree with the others. The Super Glide is all the engine Harley makes along with the six speed on the lightest frame and package you can get it in. Well the Screamin Eagle engines may get larger but I think you will find the 96 in the FXD to be something really nice. I did.
