I don't remember when the OEM ACRs came out, but I thought it was in 2010. Your 2008 OEM ECM may not be compatible with the ACRs.
Do you have a tuner? Did you download a tune for the new engine?
If you downloaded a tune with the ACRs enabled, or you simply wired them to activate upon start up, and your ECM doesn't recognize the ACRs, that could be your problem...
As Rounders suggests, unplug the ACRs and see if it starts...
its cranking over or not? If you unplug the acr it won't release compression, is it that the bike is not turning over health or turning over health but not starting? send a video if you can
My favorite customer oxymoron: "It cranks but it won't turn over"...
There doesn't seem to be a universal understanding of crank, turn over, crank over and start. When someone says two of them in a row, like "cranks but won't crank over" it usually means it will turn over but it won't start. (If you know what I mean...)
