Misfire at Cruising Speed

Misfire at Cruising Speed
I have a 2001 FXD Dyna Super Glide (Carbureted of course) and I have a weird intermittent issue where when I am cruising at 3000 rpm I get what feels like a misfire.
I have changed the spark plugs and ignition coil and have adjusted the carb. It does not happen all of the time but if I do a 30 minute ride at about 70 mph (sits right at 3k rpm) I will feel it about 3-10 times depending on the day. I do not see any correlation with ambient temperatures.
If any of you Harley gurus can point me in the direction of some things to check, I would be forever grateful.

Sorry, not a guru, but have experienced bad battery cable connections, especially at the ground, that cause intermittent run problems. Sometimes the wiring inside the battery cable sheathing can be deteriorated as well.

Look at the ground cable from the battery to the ground post on the frame, mine was a bit corroded. My 02 FXD had this happen and for giggles and grins I checked my 05 FXDLI, yep same issue.
