I would just set the wrench to spec. There may be some to tight. I am not not sure I would bother loosening them or not. MIght good experience from him to see if he over tightened or not,

It always takes more torque to break a fastener loose especially after it's had time to "age", than it took to put it there in the first place. If your desired torque is, e.g. 20 ft-lbs and you torqued them all to 15, they'd probably all click without moving, but they'd all be too loose. OTOH, if you had torqued them all to 25, then setting the torque wrench to 20 will only tell you it takes more than 20 to break them lose. Either way they're all wrong. Loosening them half a turn gives you a second chance to come up on the right torque.
