Devils, I replaced my primary cover and did not see it, but mine is '07 SG. By the way, I dig your handle bars! What are they and can you tell me where you got them? Did they require new , longer cables? Thanks.

This bolt is called a "Sleeve" and only used on the FXDWG models. It is on the back side of the primary chaincase cover (where you may have found it on the old cover). It is not required on your FXD.
