This will be about my experience with DK customs and Bitubo rear shocks. Just placed my order and will update on shipping speed and how they perform. In the meantime if anyone has exp here feel free to post.
Excellent service from DK Customs if thats where you are ordering. Ive run a pair of 13 on a 2020 Street Glide, and another pair of 13 on a 22 Road Glide Special. Very pleased.
If I take the sprung/damped police seat off my 24 police Road King, I will probably buy a third set.
The only thing I cant speak to is riding two up. Im a solo rider exclusively.
I ran a set of base 12 Ohlins on the Road Glide first and had issues bottoming. Could it have been the set up from Ohlins? Perhaps. But I sold them and replaced with 13 Bitubos.
The base Ohlins cost more and did not have adjustable rebound. The Bitubos did.
Im pretty much all in with Bitubos for my needs/wants. And FWIW, the box said they were made in Italy. The Base Ohlins labeled in Thailand, not that that is a bad thing. Triumphs are made there and Ive been impressed with my neighbors.

Yes sir, ordered em from DK Customs, heard nothin but good reviews from them and Bitubo so I decided to take a chance and buy a set for my rear. Went with 13". For the reviews, DK website, and price it seems like a no brainer.. I will update once they get here. Not sure if DK has them in stock/builds them or if DK has them made in Italy. Will update on everyhing soon!

Mine were in stock both times I ordered and they did the set-up in-house before shipping, based on my specs. I never had to adjust mine. I have seen posts from others that suggested requiring more pre-load adjustment after receipt, but mine did not.

currently have Progressive 412 rear and cant wait to see how these compare
Bitubo shocks are great bang for the buck. Have 14" on my Bob, far superior to the Legends I ran before. Those shocks just kept getting softer even after running out of adjustment.
DK gave outstanding service. First got a set of 12"Bitubo shocks they kept bottoming out and it seemed no matter I did in adjustments. So I called DK for help, they kept in contact with me the whole way, to the point a had the owners personal phone number. We made lots a adjustments nothing worked so they ad me send them back on there dime. Then they subjected 13" with lowering blocks after a few adjustments they work fine.
Customer Service is outstanding.
I just took my sprung/damped police seat off and replaced with a Glide seat. Nothing between me and the bumps in the road now but a pair of stock HD shocks.
I might be ordering some more Bitubos sooner than later.
got them installed. Used all the regular spacers. They included 4 longer insert/spacers but I did not use them. Let me know if anyone sees a problem. But install went pretty smooth.
first ride without any adjustments felt pretty good. The extra travel is very welcome. The bike felt more plush than the progressive 412.
the bitubos ate up the bumps. Gonna take it for a ride with the bump stops pushed up to see how much travel Im using. Just went for a quick right at night.
so far so good. Have to mess with the 1-5 lever to see how that changes stuff a bit but DK seemed to set em up pretty good from what I can tell.
