99 Dyna superglide problems

My 99 Dyna superglide
Ok this damn bike is driving me nuts it will start most of the time but more and more often it wont start when it wont start I have to turn it off and wait a few seconds turn it on and try it again sometimes it starts after a few tries but when I cant get it started I take the spark plugs out and put different ones in they dont have to be new I clean the old o yup and use them when it doesnt start and it starts right up also when I get on it it cuts out sputters and spits then takes off like it should. I will add my key switch quit working so I put a toggle switch on it and it has a Mikuni HSR CARB which I just rebuilt and when I bought it I was told it had about $6000 dollars in go fast parts any idea what is going on with it

I gave up trying to read and comprehend what you said, and besides from changing spark plugs it looks like you haven't done any diagnostics. So I suggest that you start with the basics, namely the battery and cables. Get the battery charged up and have it load tested. If it's over 5 years old then you might just want to get a new one. Inspect the battery cables at both ends, not just the battery terminals but the ground connections and the positive end.
Are you getting fuel?
All the go fast parts in the world won't matter if you're not getting good spark and fuel to the cylinders.
