Keep it simple….drain the gas out…..swish in a little SeaFoam…..get fresh gas from a different station…..try it again

yes ignition timing is set properly. have checked it multiple times. and all ground cables are brand new.

Spoke with S&S today about carb tuning and it totally crossed my mind to change out the main jet air bleed. The new carb comes stock with a 40 jet in it. he told me to change it to a 60 jet. so im waiting for a 60 jet to come in the mail and will update yall on that. appreciate all the help and concerns on it.

well i couldnt wait for the .060 jet to arrive so i just threw a .072 in it to see if that was the problem and runs 100 times better. will be waiting to get the .060 jet in before i start the tuning process all over again. thanks for the help everyone.

I went back and reread, did these problems started after you put the G on it or was it with the E that came with the motor?
And what was your jettting with the E and what is your jetting with the G?
