I run Bridgestone on my 2002 Dyna, seems to work well, they did not need any balancing weights and run completely smooth at over 100 mph, and I rarely go faster than that.
Every Avon tire I have ever used has developed dry cracks in the sidewalls after max two years. Maybe just bad luck, but Im not buying that brand again.
Your sig pic... Sportster tank on a Dyna. Love it!

Thank you sir.
On the topic of tires, I am also running a budget friendly set of mag rims, Deuce in the back and Rocker C in front. Much cheaper than the very popular Sportster/Dyna mags.

Hi,
Do you have a thread on the swap? More pics?
Thank you

I don't really have a thread on the swap. Deuce wheel is a direct swap as long as it's not newer than 2005, with 3/4" bearings.
Front wheel has 25 mm bearings, I used 3/4" adapters from La Choppers, and a custom spacer on the brake side. Brake disc lines up correctly with the caliper without any shimming.
Especially the front wheel is really nice, five spokes like a classic invader, and a very small and neat hub on the non brake side.

Post some pictures when you can. My SIL has a 2002 WG and is wanting to upgrade as you have done!
