Believe it or not I had exactly the same run out 0.0055" on my 2013. It actually wore a lip in the outer edge of the cam plate check yours You probably have the same.. This is the reason why I went with the bronze bushing in the S&S plate.
You've probably seen in a lot of my posts that I constantly change cams and configurations of the motor but what I have noticed, each time that I do take the cam chest apart I always check the run out on the pinion shaft and much to my surprise that actually went down to 005". I couldn't believe that it had changed for the better and I don't know if I can attribute that to the camp plate or not but it really did.. Believe me I checked and checked and checked I don't know how many times to make sure cuz I've never seen it go the other way..
No real build update other than the heads went off to FuelMoto this morning. It was a hassle and a half trying to find the right size and strength boxes. I was pleasantly surprised that it only cost 36 bucks to ship though!

Either way, I used a motion pro torque wrench adapter and some bucket wrenches. The advantage is both the adapter and the wrenches came in handy in so many more instances than (I think) the thing you showed probably would.
I’d recommend these - a little more $ but more flexibility IMO.

Got a little bit more done today but I've got a cold that's kicking my *** and realized I didn't order ARP's for the oil pump so I'm stopped again for the day,
Woods 777's
New Feuling High-Flow Camplate and tensioner with ARP's
Feuling HP+ Oil pump that was already in the bike.
I have never used a torque wrench on the top rocker covers. On an evo yes. Not on a Twincam. Not saying you don't have to. I just never have and have not had leak issues.
A little more progress over the weekend. Got the Feuling pump installed to the cam plate and the cam plate in the bike. I gotta tell you, the tolerances on that oil plate are tight AF, it took a lot of patients and gentle finagling to get it in place. Also installed the HD proximity fob system that my wife got me for Christmas, I'm really looking forward to having that.
Also had this little mishap. Every time I remove an inner primary cover; I have always followed the shop manual guidance and replaced all 5 bolts. Well after reading stories here that it's "BS" and how they "have never replaced the bolts" I figured, WTF I'll give reusing them a try and save $25. So I chased them, gave them a spot of blue Loctite and went about reinstalling. Got to torquing number 5 and hadn't even gotten to the 28lb spec when I hear a loud, echoing SNAP. So, I sat for a minute thinking that if the crank case has to come out, at least I can go bigger than 110" Fortunately, the bolt backed out still in one piece (I bent it to get a better look) and the bolt hole chased and felt fine. So, what are we looking at? Over stretching is my non-educated guess.

Wow, I don’t recall seeing the bolt replacement in the M8 manual when I did my Road King cam. Lovely, now let the OCD paranoia start to fester…
Honestly, I never put a torque wrench to them I just tighten them till I felt they felt good and moved on.. You wrench enough you get a feel for things.. plus I've always reused mine..
Obviously the Moco knows they engineered a **** bolt..
