I did some shop cleaning with my down time, and I have a ton of duplicate performance company decals that I'm tired of laying around but don't want to throw them away. First person to message me their name and address gets them for free...just for my "Dyna bros".
Since my powder guy and I seem to have a different definition of what a "couple of days" is, I am switching tools and skillsets to try and get my rear fender looking a bit better since it's off the bike anyway.
I'm no expert at paint correction but it turned out pretty damn good if I say so myself. It went from being a 10ft finish to a 5ft finish.
Look at that!
Meanwhile on the other end of the shop and later in the day...hitch install on the wife's SUV for the trip out to FuelMoto. I never wanted to be a body man, and doing this install reinforced those feelings.
Maybe I'll get lucky this week and get some parts back???

Nice work!
I was pissed in '78 or '79 or so, me and a buddy in HS had tickets for KISS in Portland and supposedly they cancelled due to not getting a pyroteknics permit. I think really it was cause they were having band partner problems at the time and used that as an excuse.

Man, I wish I could have seen the original 4 back in the day, never really had a chance though. I was a huge KISS fan until about 1980ish. I did take my youngest girl to see them twice on the End of The Road Tour, but it's not the same with 2 imposters dressed as Ace and Peter. Still, it was a spectacle, and she loved it.
Monday, lucky Monday! I got everything back from powder except for the cam cover which I don't need right now anyway AND got a call from FuelMoto that my heads are done! Maybe some work tonight if I can sneak off to the shop.
