i bought a used speedo because mine was broken it says vin error. does anyone know if a man can fix this or will i be able to use it like this an see the speed? i have the old one but the glass is busted out anyone have any ideal if someone can change the glass

 

Very carefully and slowly remove the bezel holding the lens to the gauge body. It's an extremely tight fit and gets pried off. Did that on my 07.

 

I’ve never done it but I believe you can carefully pry the lip away from the glass and replace the glass.
Maybe use a plastic putty knife or something like that to pry with.
