thanks to matkiwi for his post on redoing his seat ,gave me the guts to tackle mine .hardest part so far was removing stapels. cut the foam out with an electric knife, went real easy also trimmed it back to move me back almost 3 inches. got some memory foam from a hospital.looks like it fits in pretty well. tomorrow morning i will glue it and do some final shaping and replace cover.. hope i get it to look good. have a run so ive got to get it finished dont have the means for pictures so i cant post any but ill work on it thanks again matkiki

no problem ... don't restable it till you've ridden on it for a few days ... you'll probably want to adjust it ... use some duct tape to hold it till you are happy. Lets know how it goes on a run.

well i finished the seat this morning.feels good to sit on . im going on a run so i can test it out. adjusted highway pegs because the seat moves me back some. tomorrow ill restretch the cover and staple it down
