All the remap will do is up the rev limiter to 6200 rpm and let you maintain the stock, lean, fuel ratio of 14.7 to 1while using theupgraded a/c and exhaust. The most cost effective solution is one of the units made by Doberick Performance which include the Rev Tech DFO, the Ness Big Shot, the TFI by Techclusion, and the Cobra FI200R. If you're only adding the air cleaner & exhaust then I would recommend one of these. If you plan on other engine modifications then I would use a product like the Power Commander 3 that let's youcreate fuel maps. I never researched the V&H Fuel Pack so I can't comment on that but I know they have specific numbers that you punch in for their exhausts. The best product is the Tmax w/autotune. It's a self learning replacement for the factory ECM but it's also around $750.

I just got the V&H FuelPak, SE Stage 1 A/C, and am waiting on UPS to deliver my V&H StraightShot Slip-ons. Everything, so far, has been relatively easy to install. After you install the FuelPak, you look up your bikes info (on V&H's website); year, make, model, a/c, engine size, brand and model of pipes, etc. Once you get that info, you click a button (on V&H's website also), and it gives you the numbers you need to input into the FuelPak. Sounds a lot harder then it really is. If you go with the FuelPak, it will cost you about $280 (pretty inexpensive if you compare it to a lot of other products), and if you decide to switch your engine size, pipes, a/c, etc, you just go back and find the code for that particular set-up... Quite simple... What you get is all up to you though. I know a lot of people like to have this type of stuff done at the dealership, for a piece of mind... I hope this helps.

I just put a Terminal Velocity II on mine. It's a self learning closed loop system,so.... no Dyno time needed = Cash Saved. the unit cost me about 470 bucks. So Far - So Good with it also.... It's an EASY install too... uses factory plugs.

DOBECK
they manufacture the "digital jet kit" otherwise known as DFO, TFI etc etc
it is the simplest, most basic way to tune your fuel injection for anything less then a 103" built.
cost roughllytwice the price of a single download and will last the lifetime of the bike.
