No power now
A rider once communicated a self replaced battery and a no start situation
They re-used the original battery terminal bolts instead of included bolts.
Turned out that original terminal bolts were longer than included replacement battery bolts.
The problem was that original bolts did not let cables sit on terminals correctly.
It caused significant head scratching since individual would say everything was fine, all tested and everything was good but that one detail was omitted.
All was well once correct bolts were installed.
A small detail can make a big difference.
An incorrectly replaced fuse can make a difference too.

That is not a great way to do it.
But you jumped it the first time. So was not fuse then. But not a bad idea to check. Reason my guess is switch, is it started without touching anything else. Unless you bumped the cables installing jump box. Possible

If you are ruling out the battery and fuse then it reads like it might be a wire.
From a distance it reads like something simple like a loose/broken wire or contact.
With ZERO lights then it would lead me away from handlebar switches but towards a main key switch.
Perhaps the key switch or the harness/key switch connection.
Did somebody worked on fuel tank or tank console key switch area?
Hopefully it gets resolved easily.

Not saying I would neve check wire and fuses. But my first focus is why did it start the first time with only a jump?
Verify main fuse and battery cables on the battery, it is easy. But I am not chasing wires just yet . I would try recreating it by flipping ignition.
Do the wiggle test on any wires you can easily do.
Could also get out a meter and pick a spot on drawing.
