Default Time

I have a shortage of time which starts in September. I have lawn work, house work, car work, bike work and work-work. I enjoy computers, music and riding my bike (no Dana just yet) andyou have to spend time with the family. I try to plan ahead and if I tell someoneI'll be there - I'm there. It's very important to me to keep my word at all costs.

How does everyone else deal with "Too Little Time?"

Changed jobs to one where I have more time at home ... boring as hell but I get to take the kids to school and often a ride between conf calls. Even better I can take the bike on site visits when I do need to travel so get the occasional long ride.

I call Time Control and add a few hours to each day.

If the shortage of time to which you refer is time wantingly spent on my scooter, I use my scooter to get to the things that take up my time. For instance, I work in Houston weekdays and live near Dallas. I often ride to Houston and use my Wide Glide to get to and from work there. I get to ride every day (rain or shine) that way. I also get an extra eight hours a week on the the trip to and fro.

Exactly, it's all about the priorities. And being wise enough to really know what's important.

The important things come first, family#1, work #2 then the ride. There is always time for the ride, I miss a lot of fun rides but I make time even if I ride by myself.

Try to enjoy the time you have,
no matter what you’re doing and be glad you have it.
It doesn’t last long.
