O.k., Hows this sound ????
Ive been checking many dealers buy phone and e-mail.
Last best deal I had was a 2007 Dyna Low vivid black , No extras .
$13500. Ppus shipping and dock fee $390. Out the door for $13890. plus my local state taxes .
Dealer is located out of my State and abought 11 hrs round trip .
I figured no problem traveing , cause its a good deal seeing used 2007 Dyna lows are going for $14000 and up ...
I tride to squeeze him out of a set of forward controls also , but no go .
I went to my local Stealer a month ago and he coulnt even come close to that price .
Today I stopped in to my local Harley dealer while I was in town . Althow I felt like sh/t.Just woked 6 shifts in 4 days with abought 4 hrs sleep per night .
Any ways I checked out the floor and there was omly 1 or 2 2007 Dynas sold since last month .
I skipped the sales thief and went strate to the owner .
I told him the no BULL price I could get the new 2007 Dyna low for at the other dealer .
I told him where it was located and color atc.
He said get him a verified price quote on the bike and he would see what he could do .
I went home called the other dealer and they faxed me a quote .
I called my local dealer back ,.Owner was gone to lunch .
Sales manager answered and I told her ( yes her ) the deal .
She says shouldnt be a problem ,
I said I wanted more extended warranty and she said yes .
Then I said the other dealer offered a 1000 miles oil change and check up included in price .
She had to check with the owner by phone , she called me back and said because of paper work and sh/t . She would just take off $100 on anything I bought from them for assesories.
If I want pearl blue instead it was $300. more .
Hows this sound ???
2007 new vivid black Dyna Low with 3 year warranty and $100. of any accesories plus 10 % off any other parts . $13890. plus my local sales tax .
Or $14190. for the blue pearl ?
Is this a steal or get the 2008 ???
Any one no thecost of 1 year extra warranty ??
If I hadnt felt like sh/t today I would have went to test ride it .[&o]

The price is out the door .$13890.plus local sales taxes .with 3 year warranty and $100. off any accesorie purchase .Black , no securtity ...Dyna Low 2007 .brand new ....[8D]

 

Well, I will tell you the deal I got. Around Dallas, the out the door price for an 07' was around $14,500 to $15'000! I searched around and ended up buying a 08' Superglidein Oklahoma for $12980 out the door! I did have to pay taxes back here in Texas, but I still saved alot of money. My deal also includes the free 1000 mile adjustments. Not to mention only one dealer had an 08' around Dallas and the price was $15,400 out the door! Keep in mind the MSRP is now lower on the 08' than it was on the 07'. My suggestion is shop around in the places were the demand is not as high and you may find a better deal.

I'm in Minot, ND...not much around here. I got, what I think, is a pretty good deal. A brand new'08 FXDC, Vivid Black, w/ security system, quick detach windshield, shipping, tax, title, registration, out the door for $15,200. Pretty decent price, I guess...

I think the deal your telling us about sounds decent. I payed more than that for my '06 Low Rider. Yeah, I know that prices have fallen since I bought mine but I'm still happy with it. Don't spend to much fussing over the price or you're going to miss out on the riding season. The extra time you spend trying to find a better deal may not be worth it in the end. By the way, what kind of service department does the dealer have that your contemplating buying the bike from have? Something else to consider beyond jsut the price. Good luck with your choice.

You put alot of effort into your deal and made a good one. Now go get the bike!!

 

Seems good to me. I bought the same bike in mid-July: Vivid black 07 FXDL. I paid $14,400 after all paperwork fees but not including local sales tax and feel good about the deal. I didn't get the extra warranty but did get 4.9% for 36 months. Any leftover '07's NEED to be sold now so go buy yours. It's a great bike!

Sounds like a heck of a deal to me I bought my 07 Low Rider about a month ago and paid 16,200 for it. Sounds like I got SCREWED!!
