Default Would you do it again ???

Just out of curiousity ??
Any of you 2006 or 2007 Dyna owners with the 6 speed transmission , new frame , etc.
Would you buy the same Dyna , low, custom ,FDX,Stret bob ,wide glide ,etc.
All over again or maybe get another model or year ??
Any dissapointments or surprises that Harley wont go good for or possibly quality issues ???
Hows the dealer and warranty and your overal satisfaction ??
One more thing , color choice ....[8D]

After about 14 months of ownership...yup, still love the style, still love the black denim. Yup, I would get the same bike.

06 Bob...absolutely would do it again...love the bike...and am not too impressed with what i see for 08. I still think Dynas..and in particular the Bob and Superglide are the best bang for the buck Harley has to offer.Have not had a single problem in over a year and 5000 miles.

Yep, 2007 Super Glide and I would surely buy the same bike again. Having looked at the contract though I would surely have made the dealer live up to what the sales manager and I agreed to and not the unfortunately dishonestly inflated numbers on the final contract when the finance guy was done with it.

I was only able to ride my bike for three weeks when I was home on vacation, so I can't say for sure just yet. I would however, say yes to the paint and that I would use the same dealer.

Yes I would buy the same bike again--mine is the 07 fxd. This machine is just awsome! I've got 6700 trouble free hard and sometimes abusive miles on the bike as I have cracked the throttle wide open probably too many times. No disappointments and the dealer has been good to me. I also ride lots of two up as my wife loves riding as much as I do. Too fun for sure! The only gripe would be that the stage 1 should be included on every bike before it leaves the dealer.

Would I do it over again and get an 06 Low Rider? Yes! I've gotten a lot of joy and satisfaction from owning this bike. Sure I've had frustrating moments with it but doesn't everybody? I've had to have the injectors changed from the 8* to the 25* models because the 8* were causing the motor to cutout. I've had to have a new rear tire installed at 6075 miles because the original picked up a metallic object and the hole it createdwas to big to patch. I've added some hardware to it too. The feelingand satisfaction I've gotten from doing the maintenance and upgrades myself has bonded me more deeply to my machine. Is it the perfect bike? No, but it brings me a feeling of joy every time I sit on her and take her for a ride. Yes, I get another 06 Low Rider if I had it to do over again.

Bart

Hard to say.

There are at least four or five bikes (Wide Glide, Fat Bob, Night Train, Fat Boy, Road King)that I would really love to have.

On a given day, I could easily have bought one of the others over this one. Doesn't mean that I like my Street Bob any less. Just that I like the other ones, too.
