i have the prepaid service and have to pay the difference between regular oil and syn3,every thing elsehas been coveredevery 2.5k for all20kso far and they pick up and deliver bike from 50 miles away.

Ok, for what is worth.....they did trans, primary, engine oil change out on all.....bunch of checks and torques....lubed cabels cleaned air filter.......charge was $15 for the sys oils......no other charges...and the bike was washed and ready to go when I got there.....so no complaints.

I'm also in AZ, and I bought the maintenance program. I suppose it's worthwhile for now, because I ride a lot (12,000 since last August) so it's been great to just drop my bike off whenever I need to to get it taken care of. They're also great about looking at anything that I feel might be a problem with my bike, and on two occasions have done extra (warranty) work to fix things without any hassle. That being said, I might not do it again. It's a lot of money to tack onto the loan and pay interest on, when I could do most things myself. Basically, do you want to pay for convenience, or not? That's mostly what you get out of the deal.
