i know both make great shocks but who of you all here have experienmce with either of these manufacturers?....my sportbike friends are partial to the Ohlins and i know they make a great shock but just looking for more info

Ohlins without question. Progressive shocks are an upgrade from stock, but they arent a fully dedicated performance design.

I agree on ohlins, but just wait until you see the price difference between those two companies. Most people go with progressives because they work very well for the price.

the Progressive shocks are great shocks and not as expensive you will be more then happy with them add the springs for the forks and 20w belray fluid and u have the hot setup. we sell this combination together for years and it works. call off line if u need assistance on these.
