You getting a softail for comfort? I find that interesting, I just sold my Road Glide and still have my 02 Deuce. I'm now thinking of a Fat Bob over a softail, for the same reason. I find the B engines to be buzzy at speed and I had assumbed the suspension would be better on the Dyna as well as getting the smoother rubber mounted engine. Am I missing something here?
Good for you man. Glad to see you found the deal you were looking for and it sounds like your happy about going to the other side. We won't let you forget us.
Congratulations on the new scooter. I'm curious aboutyour ride comparison between the two models. I tried a Heritage, but the B motor just felt wierd compared to the Bob'sA motor. But, different strokes.... It is a very cool color combo, I can see why you held out for it. And getting a decent amount for trade makes it that much sweeter of a deal. Ride Safe!! And here's to no snow[sm=icon_cheers.gif] And I'm leaving the Dr. Soft comment alone.
Yep, i reckon pro's and con's to all bikes. Like i said, bob is awesome. the heritage just seems to fit me a little better. Either way, I plan on keeping it a very long time for sure . A and B engines are different. each having good points. Could have got the road king for same money, the king did not fit me for some reason. Will make changes to the new scoot as needed, for now,i am going to leave on stock pipes , just for or a change of pace. That may change too. The seat on the heritage ia a huge plus for me .
