Dyna mods keep going wrong..........
The problems seem to be adding up:
68328-02 Security System Smart Siren (not water proof, water got into it and burnt out siren)
AN18-505 Arlen Ness Big Sucker I (mounting holes didn't line up)
496-32B D&D Fat Cat (ripples and dents in baffle, front heat shield hits footpeg support)
Skull Air Cleaner Cover (needed aluminum to be polished, as well as paint)
Wind Vest Windshield 10-1241-CT (could not adjust to stop wind buffeting)
KURYAKYN Deluxe Smoked Led Tail Light (hair line crack in lense)
49268-07 Shifter Peg (came with wrong mounting bolt)
67516-04B Spun Aluminum Face 4" Speedometer - MPH 67516-04B (low fuel light stays on)
1213 Kuryakyn Front Axle Nut Covers (came with no mounting screws, then they sent me the wrong size screws)
Chrome low profile air shocks (poor quality chrome, ripples in base metal, one shock will not take any air)

Hope those things didn't cost you too much money. I haven't added much to mine but have been aggravated by warranty covered mechanical problems (inner primary bearing, O2 sensors, intermittent missing, recalls, etc.) And boy did the dealer want to blame my missing problems on something that I may have added. Luckily it's been stock mechanically so everything is being fixed is covered.
BTW what helped my buffeting was adding a forkbag ($12 leather fanny pack) just below the headlight. I carry some maps, registration, a few other things and it seemed to cut down the buffeting by about 70%. I think wind deflectors on the forks would get rid of the rest but don't like the look of them on my wideglide.

I feel your pain. Welcome to Chinese manufacturing and Harley-Davidson 2007.
(And to think we used to bitch about oil leaks and having a Japanese carburator.
