Took the bike in for its 25,000 mile service at 26,700 miles, left it over night. I went to pick and paid the bill. The tech said he had left it on the battery charger over night. The service manager told him to test the battery. While he was testing I asked about thebattery tender promotional they had going on. The tester said "replace". They replaced the battery and installed the tender pig tail and gave me the battery tender at no extra charge. I still had 10 days left on my original 2 yr warranty. I like these guys.
I have a good service department at my local HD dealer
as long as I have an appointment, they know there stuff.
The parts department is OK if you know what you want.
Sales, well itâs sales, nice bunch of guys.
We have a great local dealer and all phases of his operation is very customer oriented. They're definitely NOT like many of the negative comments I hear about others dealers.
