Default Diamond Heads

I've been thinking of having my heads diamond cut but I'm not sure if I have the technical ability to do the disassemble and reassemble on my own. Anyone have this done through a dealer or indy service? The site says $449...I'd expect at least another 2 or 300 for the dealer to do it.

http://www.diamond-heads.com if you've never seen it up close. Pretty impressive.

if you are going to do it you may as well throw a bore kit in... when we did my uncles big bore kit he sent them to Dimond heads in Colorado while they had his bike apart.... he got the tear down and reassemble included in the bore kit pricing... it worked out well and just amazing... that is the route i plan on taking
