It looks like there is one under the seat and one behind the electrical cover hanging out with the fuses are they both data ports?

The data port is located with the fuses. the one under the seat might be for the HD security antenna..

Not sure if there is more than 1 unconnected termnal under your seat or not. If so 1 of them is the 12 VDC accessory plug. You can can us it fr whatever. My HD heatded grips are tied into mine. 06 FXD.

There are two unused plugs under the seat. One is a 2-pin male Deutsch plug for 12 VDC accessories. The other is a 3-pin male Delphi connector for which there is no mate except for "devices". It is for the security system siren.
