I started to buy a Bare Bones seat from AMCfor my 06 bob becausethey had the best price,but rememberd that a guy on here had trouble with them. I called Dennies Kirk and they beat the price by a dollar. I won't buy anything form them if I can get somewhere else.

Thanks so much for the heads up!!! I have been looking at some of their stuff, but after seeing several negative post about them, I will steer clear.
I can recommend Eastern Performnce, though for similar items............. Good prices and great service.

I had the excact same problem with them on a Kury sidemount plate.Bought it on a Buy it Now and paid with PayPal right then.They shipped it fast and it was the right part,but then they filed a unpaid dispute over it.I sent the PayPal info and they dropped the dispute.Still kinda wierd though,why would they ship if it wasn't paid for?They are up to something.Seems like E Bay should staighten them out.

All ebay is worried about is making a buck it seems. ACM is a mega seller and ebay make a lot more off them then us.

Sorry to hear of your guy's problems. I bought a bunch of stuff from them before I heard about all of this a while back from another guy on here. I was lucky......I got everything I ordered. Out of respect for you guys, I will take my business elsewhere.

I have purchased a few items from these guys, good price and did recieve what was ordered.
Only complaint I have is that they say they have items in stock, I doubt that. When following up on the items, I was told they have them in warehouses somewhere else in the country. If this were true, why can't they just drop ship from there? Seems they have to receive it in Pa., then send it back out.
Honesty might not be their strong suit...

Bought a Kury laydown plate holder a month ago on ebay and paid for it via paypal. I get about one e:mail per week from amc claiming payment has not been made. When I reply, all they say is the reminders go out automatically - not their fault or problem. Nothing acknowledging that payment has been received. I think it's a blatant scam to get more than one payment.
Anyway, 4 weeks go by of me telling them I paid, same bs reply back. Now they have opened a claim dispute with ebay against me. Thisis the last straw - do not buy anything off ebay or on-line from this company. They are either too disorganized, too illeagl, or both to service any upstanding HD brother or sister.
I even have the paypal proof. I sent it to ebay and filed a counter-claim.
Can't even leave feedback now since theyopened the claim...
Just beware of American Classic Motors.
