Just looking on HD's website.. and wondering. Are footboards available for Dyna Wides for the driver and not just the passenger?
Sorry if it's a dumb question.
I was looking for some on my 00 for the passenger, hard to find, they told me they were just not selling many and stopped making them? I do not know about the driver floorboards, I have pegs with heel rests and they are great.
On ebay there is a place called 2orangeharleys, you can find them under ebay stores. They have a pair of floorboards for Dyna's for $105.00. I will be ordering a set as my Christmas gift.
Kuryakn makes a nice mini floorboard with a mail peg mount and cci makes an adjuatable floorbord witha male footpeg mount. also kuryakn makes the pegs with the sturup and the switchblade peg u may like and a dually peg with a sturup. all of these are really nice u may like them.
Floor boards don't work well with foreward controls because they would have to be at such a severe angle. Without a shelf your foot would be constantly sliding off the back. The ones they used to make for the dyna was for mid mount controls only.
The KA pegs with heel rests are just about the most comfortable foot rest you'll find for foreward controls. I'll be installling a set on my new bike ASAP. The foot pegs with stirrups are about $100 from J&P. Shopping on e-bay can get you a better price, but watch the shipping charges.
