Interesting question, can't say that I've ever seen a Dyna with a strutless fender. My guess would be that you'd have leave some of the strut for the shock mounting point, cut off the remainder of the frame strut and then fabricate a fender with an internal strut of some sort. We have all kinds of forward thinking people here on the Forums, someone had to have done this at some point.

Looks great to me, but so does your blacked out fender struts man.
Take a look at this photo from their website;
If you look closely it looks like they have an "internal" mounted fender strut so you don't actually see it. Something along those lines wouldn't be hard to fabricate at all, and it does really clean up the look of the rear end as well.
