How do I touch up denim paint?
Gotta small finish on FXDF Black Denim. Not deep at all, but is noticeable when I take pictures. How do you guys recommend I touch it up? Dealer has nail polish size touch-up paint in black denim for $30.
Is this the only way to go? - Thanks

See my post in the Fat Bob question blog. If you attempt "touching up" denim it will look like ....well not pretty. If it is bad enough to show up in photos you will need to repaint the part completely. Otherwise, I don't think you will be happy with the results.

Is it on the tank? If not Krylon semi Flat Black is about the best match I've seen so far for black denim.I would spray the whole part though.I have it on both my fenders, in the picture it looks like the tank in original Harley Black Denim is a tiny bit darker but in person you can't see any difference.

Buy the krylon paint and spray something else first to compare. I know that the Denim is a clearcoat process that is not glossy but has layers of clear coat. I had to have my tank repainted because of a ding from a sibling. Special Ed looks real close!
