Next favorite would be hard to say...probably the Streetbob, then the Super G, then low rider, and last of all the Fatbob.
The SB and SG are a toss up really. I dig the denim balsck SBs though. The Lowrider is nice, but just doesnt fit me. Not a big fan of the Fatbob, but in fairness, I have not seen one in person.
But its all personal preferance. I dig all Harleys.
Hopefully most are driving their favorite, the poll should be what do you own and then we can look at the models here on the site stats. This would give us our own model stats, that would probably be consistant with HD's marketing, I guess.....
The Super Glide was the one that spoke to me. I appreciate its simplicity, and it justlooks and feels right. I don't ever want to make it into something else, just make a few improvements while keeping the basic appearance. I'm even struggling with adding a two-up seat, I love the solo look of it so much. That rear fender seems too beautiful to hide.
It's my first Harley, and I've been amazed at the number of compliments I get about it. I plan on keeping it a long time ...
Seriously debated the WG because of that front end but cant stand the rear fender myself(to each thier own). Fell in love with the street bob fenders and the blacked out motor and the olive green paint. Wound up with a 2007 olive green Street bob. Got it with forwards and 4" riserswith the dealer thought WG handle bars and 624 miles.I have since added slip ons and began contruction today on solo sissy bar/lugage rack.
My opinion pre-2006 wide glide. I think they ruined the rear fender in 06. I have always loved the bobtail duckbill whatever you want to call it on the older ones and the new softtails.
Low Rider cuz it fits me to a T both physically and psychologically (or should I say psycho-like). Have made it into a Convertible - goes from bare bones to road bike in a matter of minutes:
