Do HD dealers sell gift cards that would work at any Harley stealership? Bro in Law wants a gift card for (DUH) his dealer which is like over an hour from here. Is this something I can buy locally and he can use it at another dealer???(My wife actually "picked" his name, her family trades names for XMas presents, so the whole thing kinda got dropped in my lap to figure out)
C'mon....didn't you use the search engine here? I mean there must be hundreds of this same ques........
oh. sorry. wrong thread. [8D]
I was thinking the same thing for a buddy of mine and researched at the HD website. They didn't have anything like a Gift Card there, so I think 07SB has it right. They're independent dealers. However, what if you made a call to his dealer and they took a credit card over the phone ~ just a thought. Unless you live in a warm area of the country, well then you could just take a nice ride to his dealer!

Gilly
I just asked my dealer about this. The giftcard has to be used where is it purchased because the dealers are independant. You would think HD with over $6,000,000,000 is annual sales could figure out a way that the giftcards would be universial.....[:@]
